At age 14, she started modeling and quickly became one of the highest-paid models on Forbes’ list.

Today, apart from being a model and a star in her own right, she has a clothing line with her sister Kylie and her own makeup and accessories brands.

I bet a lot of her success comes from her looks.

While there’s no denying that she was blessed with good genetics, it's her approach to a wellness routine that allows her to stay healthy and happy.

Here’s what you should know about Kendall Jenner’s diet and workout regimen.

Kendall Jenner Workout Routine

Kendall is an early bird. She wakes up around 6:30 am and is in the gym by 7:00 — she workouts for an hour. Kendall is an excellent example of how you don’t need to slave whole days in the gym to have a great body.

Kendall works out with a celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, who has worked with other A-list stars, such as Jennifer Lopez and Sofia Vergara.

Peterson has Kendall doing ab and full-body workouts, as well as occasional kick-boxing.

When she does weight-lifting, Peterson makes sure the weight is low enough for her to do nine repetitions.

This is also what I recommend. Combine resistance training with cardio if your goal is to be slim and toned.

Pro tip: Don’t use heavy weights if they make you bulky.

The training program Peterson designed for Kendall Jenner is focused on cardio, strength, and core workouts.

Here’s what Kendall’s weekly workout plan looks like:

Monday

  • 45-minute run
  • 15-minute stretching

Tuesday

  • 30-minute core pilates
  • 8-minute buns
  • 10-minute combination of the forearm and straight arm planks

Wednesday

  • 45-minute run
  • 15-minute stretching

Thursday

  • 30-minute swim
  • 8-minute abs
  • 10-minute variety of lunges with dumbbells

Friday

  • 30-minute core pilates
  • 8-minute buns
  • 10-minute tossing the medicine ball to work abs, back, and arms

Saturday

  • 45-minute run
  • 15-minute stretching

Sunday — Rest Day

Reality star ab work includes alternating forearm plank every 30 seconds.

Apart from strength training, Kendall uses hot yoga to stay in shape. She likes to sweat and does heat-induced workouts.

Her great looks are in part due to her excellent workout routine — cardio, resistance training, and yoga. With a little bit of everything, she has excellent results.

Kendall Jenner Diet Plan

Jenner is not a fan of fad diets and claims if you want to lose weight, you need a lifestyle change.

Due to her frequent fashion week appearances, Kendall Jenner’s diet is pretty strict.

Here’s all the information on the food she eats in a day:

  • Breakfast  - Avocado and eggs on a toast, or Greek yogurt with strawberries
  • Lunch  - Fried chicken with brown rice or a tuna salad sandwich with veggies
  • Snack -  Hummus and vegetables or fruit
  • Dinner - Vegetables stir fry with bison

While Kendall Jenner's diet is strict and she has healthy eating habits, on her cheat day, her diet can include food such as peanut butter, margherita pizza, and spaghetti bolognese.

Pre Fashion Show Routine

Like most women, the supermodel wants to look good, especially when walking a fashion show.

During this time, she’ll avoid pizza and eat healthy food such as fruit and protein.

“My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep. I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function.”

Does She Take Any Supplements?

Detox Tea

Kendall’s beauty secret is detox tea, which is great for any body type to lose weight.

She drank 12 cups of detox tea to lose 15 lbs before a show.

Apart from tea detox, she drinks water throughout the day.

Red Carpet Vitamins

Jenner takes one red carpet vitamin a day. As it contains biotin, it’s excellent for hair and nails and for regulating blood sugar levels.
