This night time fat burner from T6 was the first one I found with garcinia cambogia, which has a great track record working as an effective fat burner.
I personally found it worked pretty well as a sleep aid, mostly from the point of view that I got to sleep pretty fast.
Many athletes mentioned in forums that they thought it was the best night time fat burner supplement, especially on high-intensity workout days.

Naturewise is my next recommended nighttime fat burner pill, which does balance the sleep aid and fat burning ability quite well.
While I wasn’t able to prove or measure its fat burning ability, the company claims that it will help you burn about 116 kcal while sleeping.
From the reviews I looked into, there were two common highlights of this fat burner. First, many people said they wouldn’t wake up hungry, which helped them increase their fasting periods that little bit more.

Havasu was a company that I wasn’t familiar with, so I decided to do some extra research and talk to a dietician about them. It turns out, they are a very reputable maker of dietary supplements, such as visceral fat burners.
This nighttime fat burner is rather simple when it comes to the ingredients, but the company does keep the exact amounts a secret.
I tried the diet pills for 2 weeks and would agree with many online reviews that it does help with sleeping, even if there is noise around your home.
