Your article says that a paleo protein powder can help me lose weight. How’s that so? Sorry if this is a dumb question lol but all I can think of about protein powders is weight gain.

The more energetic you are, the more time you’ll spending burning those extra fat. It can also make you feel full for a longer time, which will reduce food cravings. By drinking a protein powder supplement and following a strict gym routine, you’ll gain more muscle (which you might be referring to when you said “weight gain”) and shred unwanted fats.
